Concerned for Egg Bacteria

There is one other like it, I did crack it open and inspected the yolk but had no idea what I was looking for, I'm sorry, I'm very new to this

If all you saw is yolk after a week of incubation, then it was never fertile to begin with. If it had been fertile, you would have seen a small embryo.

Also, eggs can be checked for fertility almost the moment they are laid. From the moment of fertilization the blastoderm (formation of the embryo) begins to appear as the cells divide across the surface of the yolk.
