Concerned - soft shells

Hello all. I have a rather large flock but young flock. Some of my girls recently started laying, this morning in the hen house I found two eggs side by side with very soft shells and but the yolks appeared to be healthy looking. Should I be concerned or could this just be because the pullets are somewhat young. Hatch date was February 13. Concerned

Softshells with new layers is not at all unusual....time to put out the oyster shells tho.
