Concerning dropping

One of my chickens just dropped this. What could be the cause of this? She is acting lethargic.

I have had a drop in egg production in my flock, so I know something is wrong. When hubby gets home with the wazine, we will be begin deworming.

I also want to start Amprolium right after deworming. Or should I do this first?

She past away last night. I did a necropsy on her this morning. I believe it was an impacted crawl that had soured.
