Concerning wound from hawk attack

Update: So this morning she seems better. The sugar water perked her up yesterday and this morning she was eating and drinking. On the down side, I think her crop was punctured. As I examined her earlier I noticed some of the food she’d eaten was coming out the wounded area. So my questions are....how likely is she to recover from this and how long will oral antibiotics be needed is you all’s opinion?

You can try supergluing her crop wound. I suggest withholding food and water after late this afternoon and tackling it in the morning when her crop is empty. You will need to glue the crop sack itself and then glue the outer skin wound. It seems awful, but it's really a minor wound that will heal quickly. Can you estimate the size for us?

An oral antibiotic needs to be given for the length of time recommended for that specific med. Amoxicillin is give for seven to ten days. What are you using?

It’s a four day treatment of Enrofloxican. I’m going to clean the area again shortly, and assess the possibility of the superglue.
