Concerns of my chicken behaviors

My concerns of my chicken is that she has her feathers up constantly, she’s eating and drinking but doesn’t seem too interested as the rest are. I noticed today a stain in her butt, I haven’t gotten a closer look but her behavior shifted in a week. Her watters are red but I’m not sure what’s wrong. I brought her in for separate feeding and she eats. Not sure if she’s sick or something. I add probiotic and electrolytes to their water.

I'm definitely not an experienced chicken raiser and didn't have any problems to deal with yet but to (bring this to the top so more experienced people can see it) I think it's fine? Not sure. The stain is probably diarrhea/poop I think? Is she preening? And does she always keep her head down like that?

"I haven’t gotten a closer look"
Would be good to do so.

This is what I do when I have a bird that is acting 'off'....
I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor:
-their intake of food and water,
-crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed),
-and their poops.
Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.
Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

No she’s not preening, she’s been like this for a week, sluggish walk, she stays with the flock but seems uninterested. That’s how she’s been looking lately
