Concussion?

Hi, all I'm sort of in an emergency my baby coturnix quail which is a week and a half old got pecked hard by one of my chicken bantam roosters. He bled a lot and we put him in an incubator so that he could rest and stay warm. There's no blood or liquid coming out of his ears which is a good sign and he stopped bleeding too but he's acting really lethargic, I assume that it's from either blood loss or a concussion. What should I do?

Is he in an incubator or a brooder? Does he have access to food and water? Did this just happen today?

It happened this morning and I put him in a incubator, he won't eat or drink.
