Confirm my suspicions

Hello community, kids and I got four new chicks for our flock this spring, straight run. Each child "picked" one and named it. However, it looks like we have two cockerells at least. One is in doubt and I need help to confirm. I feel bad.to disappoint the kids, but they knew what was coming. Ok... here's the pack. They were advertised as olive Eggers. Thanks for the help.

Looks like 3 cockerels; last picture a pullet
 
Three months, the one in the middle of the top pick is a week younger than the rest. That one has a small comb and is less upright, thinking it's a pullet but its tail feathers do look ragged too.
