Confirming Roo vs Hen

I posted a few weeks ago but would love more of a consensus before rehoming our presumed rooster. These are 10 week old Buffs and no obvious cockle-doodling (? Is that the right word).

For ten weeks old, yes that looks like a young rooster. Hopefully you can find him a great home!!
