Confused about medication for sinus infection...

My 17 week old dark brahma appears to have a sinus infection. One side of her face is swollen under her eye (this is the 2nd day it has been swollen) and she is panting. Her feet are also really hot. I was wondering which was better to treat her with, Polyvistol without iron, or duramycin. Also, with the polyvistol, what would the dosage be for her?

polyvisol is just vitamins and nutrients. The Duramycin is a low grade antibiotic that may work. I would consider getting tylan 50 injectable and some syringes.
