Confused???? New to this Chicken thing what do I have?

I have 2EEs with fluffy faces and three without. All depends on what they are breeded with. One Green egg laying parent and one anything else!

I didnt see the red. I digress. I'd also like to see the black ones hackles better.

That is probably a characteristic of the breed and color variety. I think the blue's a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte. Look up a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte pullet and you'll see. Looks exactly like my BLRWs at that age.

Quote: Most of them do. Beard and muffs is a dominant gene. It's pretty hard to find a EE without muffs and beards.

I have 2 EE's without muffs and beards, and Hence the green colored legs, Wyandottes have Yellow legs

My guess is EE. True Ameracaunas have to have the beard/muff to abide by breed standards, but not all EE's have them. I also think it depends what stock you get them from. I got 6 EE's from Mt. Healthy, only 1 had puffy cheeks. In another order from my pet chicken, puffy cheeks were about half and half.

I don't think it's a BLRW. Even though the feather color is very similar, the legs of these guys look more green rather than yellow (unless the lighting makes the color look off). Plus a lot of EE's have blue coloring in their feathers.
