Confused. Pullet or cockerel?

I was certain by size and lack of comb and waddle compared to the siblings that this was a Pullet. He/she is 13 weeks. Now I am looking and the saddle feathers and they are looking like cockerel feathers? What do you think?

Looks like a pullet to me! At this age, you would see a larger comb and more pronounced saddle/hackle feathers.

Great! Thank you. A couple of my others that I am almost 100% sure that they are cockerels have more rounded feathers in the tail. Does it take a little longer for some to have the saddle/hackle feathers?
