Yes the parents usually share the duty of raising the squabs until the hen beings to incubate a second clutch of eggs. This usually happens when the squabs are about 3+- weeks old. Then the male takes most of the responsibility for the first round of squabs when it comes to feeding.

I think female infected with pmv virus., it's not behaving it self ., little bit shaking..

Can hen sit on 4eggs? Can she hatch them?

Not at one time, tried to have a hen sit on just three eggs one time and she abandoned one of the babies and only fed the two older and stronger ones. I'd strongly suggest if you end up with eggs in the future to make sure you only have 2 for each nest

Either a pelleted ration or seed mixture specifically formulated with pigeon nutrition needs in mind. You do not give your location so it's hard to know what is available to you. You might have to make your own mixture. What do you feed them now? There will always be debate about what is the best diet, whether it be for pigeons, dogs, or humans.
They also need greens and mineral grits.
