No. I just like to see if the ducks or chickens can see any other colors better. Of course the ducks don't like the bright light. But, they can see more with the green light. The chickens don't care either way. They can see me better with the bright light of course, but once I grab them they squawk regardless of which light I have on and then calm down once I'm holding them. But, when I grab them off the roost it's over my head and not straight forward so that might be why they squawk at first.Do you have a specific use for that? It sounds cool, and Christmas-y.
I just looked it up, the green light is supposed to be used for night vision.
