Confused

Hello, I am not sure what is going on within my little flock (3 hens) but I have 1 broody which is ok and one is loosing feathers and the third one seems ok.

I am not sure why Rosie is loosing feathers as she had a full moult in the winter. Can anyone give me any clues on what may be causing this? (She is the only one and is normally second in the pecking order)

Also at the weekends when I am home I give my girls full access to my garden but this weekend they have all preferred to stay in the run (except my broody) or in their house. It has been hot this weekend so I was wondering if this could have caused a change in behaviour?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe mites or lice are the cause? Are the feathers gone from the feather shaft or are just the tips of the feathers missing? I have a hen who pecks at the feathers of the other hens and they look like they are starting to molt but I'm sure it's the hen who pecks their feathers sometimes.
