Some of my chickens will not go in the coup to roost,they always have in the past just started two weeks ago.my concern is night predators any thoughts.

Check for red mite around the perches after dark. That's one of the more common reasons for chickens refusing to roost.

Red Mite would be my first suspect too.

Wait until night time, and then get a damp, white paper towel and rub it underneath all your roosts and in all the nooks and crannies.

If there are red mites infesting the coop, they will show up like little red blood smears on the paper towel.
