Confusing BOs

It's true that a hen might crow in the right circumstances but they don't sound exactly like a rooster. They give more of a long monotone where there is no mistaking a rooster crow, even a young one that hasn't gotten it right yet.

I have a golden campine pullet who just started laying and she will try making a sound similar to a roosters crow. Sounds so funny!

UPDATE.. So far, 2 are roos and one is still up in the air. It's also, probably a roo
