Confusing egg?

[Sweet Road Island Reds]

Hey y’all I had found this egg on one of my roosts this morning. It’s a lot lighter than normal I have road island reds, so I get a nice deeper brown. Also the egg whites where completely runny. I busted it out, and the shell was really trying to hold on. Otherwise everything looked normal my girls always have had the bigger yolks. Any thoughts??

Hopefully just a glitch.
Could be from a stressor like chick fight or predator attempt or just one of those things that happens sometimes.

How old are your birds, in weeks or months?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?

1 year 3 months old. They are on regular layer pellet food, they also get some water melon and bananas occasionally.

If it continues, you might want to put out a separate feeder with just Oyster Shell in it.
