I have no Mille Fleur hens, but when eggs are randomly hatched, 2 of the babies seem like Mille Fleur.

Q.1) Are they even Mille Fleur?
Q.2) If they are, how???

Mille fleur is just a feather colour pattern, not a breed. Swedish flower hens are mille fleur, amongst many other breeds that can have this pattern. I've even seen Orpingtons.

So, in chick 1, mother was a white hen and father wasnt Mille Fleur. How come she is 'Mille Fleur' then? Thats my question.

Recessive white can hide a whole load of colours underneath it. The white covers them up.

Mille Fluer is gold Columbian with mottling.
For chick 2, it’s easy. Most Swedish Flowers are mottled mille fluer. Those that aren’t, like your gold Columbian hen, probably carry mottling.
