Confusion on this breed. Help! :)

Here is my naughty, NOISY little "Ameraucana". The reason she/he is naughty is because my husband found this little one perched on the outside of our little nesting box enclosure. He/She also is incredibly noisy when taken away from is little flock and doesn't seem as friendly. was sold as an Ameraucana but I'm wondering if it is actually an EE or olive Egger with those legs. Although, I have a sneaky suspicion I will find out its a rooster. I am a newbie so a lot of this is just stuff I've pieced together.
So, what breed do you think? Too soon to tell the sex?

Looks like an Easter Egger pullet to me (though it is too young to be absolutely certain on gender).
