Congested chicken

I have a 2 year old Rhode Island Red female chicken. Today I noticed her sounding congested and sneezing. Her color is good and I don’t see any mucous or discharge. Should I just keep my eye on her? Or does she need medical attention? I wasn’t able to see how to attach a video?

Check to see if her crop is emptying and see if she's got anything stuck inside her beak.
