Congested chickens….

My hens are well fed and laying five eggs daily with nine hens……two Rhode Island Reds sound congested after they talk to me, like snot nosed kids !!

Been this way since I got them three weeks ago from peeps that were moving.
Could this be normal !?!
The rest of the hens do not sound like this…….

Are they eating/drinking well?
Are their crops emptying overnight?

How old are they?

If they aren't showing any symptoms of respiratory disease like coughing, sneezing, mucous from the nostrils, bubbles in the eyes, facial swelling, etc. then I would just monitor them.

No, none of those symptoms, just a mucus sound after they say something !
The two sisters do this but none of the others do it……sounds like I better stop worrying about it !
