Congested Hen with mucous from beak and frothy eye drainage.

1st time owner ( 5 days to be exact) my 1.5 year Australop sounds like she has a cold. Drainage from beak area, gurgles when she is talking to me, her eyes have bubbly fluid but clear.
Coupe has construction grade sand it’s a little wet from raining when out it in there. Run is also construction sand and it’s been raining here for 3 days so it’s wet too. She is not eating even mealworms. HELP Please!
