Congested/Sneezey chick

My two-week old Welsummer seems to have some congestion in her nostrils. She sneezes more than our others and sometimes I can hear her breathing. She isn't gasping or anything so I don't think she's struggling to breathe. She eats and drinks fine and doesn't seem any less active than our others. There's no drainage coming out of her nostrils.

We're keeping a close eye on her but what are some things we should look out for that would signify something serious is going on and is there anything we can do to clear her nostrils?

Just pine shavings.

Sometimes it gets too dusty in the brooder and that can cause some wheezing. Their feed can be dusty and also cause sneezing.
It could also be that your chick has some kind of respiratory issue that is fungal, bacterial or viral.
