Solved Congrats, you're logged in?

I hate to bother anyone, but this is starting to get a bit annoying. I've cleared my cache and it is still showing up, I even changed my browser.
It started off as when I click on an alert, I saw this while it was loading, and then once it loaded it disappeared.

It did this a few times, and then when I clicked on a different alert, it showed up at the top of the page above the title of the thread. I have not recently logged out. It looked like this.

Even now as I'm writing this post, I see this.

Is there something I can do to fix this, and has anyone else had this issue?

Log out real quick.
Clear your browser's history and cache then reboot and log back in.

Report back after you do these steps, please.

I'll also add, I did hit the little X at the top of the "logged in" box, and it disappears, but then comes back when I load a different alert.

Also, do you have any ad-blockers, or similar running? Those tend to cause a lot of these types of issues.
