Aww, good luck with them. I have to admit, I already have a hankering for more chicks even though we kind of maxed out our coop space. My roo will only have 6 girls, and only 2 will be big enough for him!

I need a partridge rock hen, a GLW, a Welsummer, an EE......and my husband feels the need to round out his silkie rainbow with a buff and a blue. Just need a nice free beautiful coop to show up on Craigslist or Freecycle.

I'm planning on reducing my flock and focusing on some specific breeds.
All my girls are from last years Chick Days (end of March) or younger.
Hubby says I need to get rid of some because I have too many.

Oh! and I almost forgot. I hatched out 11 Bantam Cochin chicks (various colors) last week, if anyone is interested.
I'm only keeping a couple.​

My Pet Chicken.com...
I ordered my first 6 from them 2 years ago and all went very well. Same process this time. Satisfied customer.

They came yesterday around noon. They are all doing fine and everything is going well.

Ooooh, bantam cochin chicks?! that what my favorite hen Bobby was. The one the coyote got. What colors? Where are you?

Also, does anyone have any BBS Orpington eggs not too far away? I have a broody girl and I want to put just a couple eggs under her.

Hi new chick 203!
These are my new babies!
They hatched between Mon. and Wed. of last week.
I posted individual pictures on the Cochin thread and have not gotten any answers as far as colors.
