I need an intervention LOL..I've been up there ALOT these past couple months..Just got back , brought home 3 more 2 week olds, ameracunas and olive egger..My 3 week olds are lav orps and lemon cuckoo orp, also have 3 / 8 wk old coronation sussex and RIR..

SOOOOO convenient, I live about 15 minutes away...They have a good assortment of baby chicks, little bit older chicks too....My husband is going to take my car keys away

Oh, i want to go so badly! But unfortunately, gas money doesn't look like it's going to be a possibility for us this weekend. :/

How often do things like this go on? Where's the best place to keep track of them?

Probably on this site there always info about everything that's happening,unfortunately theres not alot of these swaps and shows in ct.It would be nice too have at least a couple a year.

Don't worry your not alone owning chickens can be very addicting,I just picked up some beautiful blue,lavender and splash orp chicks last week from a breeder in Mansfield.I couldn't pass up the opportunity.

HERE THEY ARE!! I'm so excited! (can you tell these are my first eggs ever??)

the first egg is in the container. it was found yesterday morning. not sure exactly when it was layed though, because the girls were still at the old house for an overnight while we were moving into the new house.
The egg in my hand was found this morning.
Both the eggs have really smooth really hard shells. So I'm assuming I did something right?? lol
