Connecticut!

Had a fun time today Tina. Please pass our thanks on to your husband for grilling up the food.

It was nice to put faces to the names and talk chickens to everyone today - and the rain held off too!

Thanks to Beth for all the good advice and info.

Ron, Denise & Rachel.

Beth, so far 2 little ones visible under Bobby. I'm hoping tomorrow we'll wake up to more. So cute. I'll keep you posted.

PS So sorry I missed the party. Hope people post pictures!

Thanks for the update. I've been outta it these last 4 days trying to get over the flu and boy has it taken a toll on me. I'd love to see pics when they are visable. My girlfriend borrowed my broody silkie Snowy and 4 hatching eggs. She hatched them out 5 wks ago and I finally got to see them today. Boy its amazing how loving caring she is for her chicks and her chicks just adore her. I'm thinking if you hav e coop space and its okay with you I'd like to see Bobby raise the babies

I can send you a check for a bag of chick starter and for bedding? Let me know your thoughts and give Bobby a big ole hug for me!! I swear the chicks are so much healthier and their foraging skills are way better than having chicks in a brooder. I know it comes naturally but to see broody Mama hen at work clucking and scratching to show the babiesa is sooo cute
