If this rain goes today I should be able to finish the coup!! The birds will be here tomorrow!!!!

Most is done, but need to finish the roof of the coup. Then design the roof of the run. Then the ramp lift cord and finally the bedding.

Supposed to clear soon this AM, but rain more tomorrow... If that happens, and distractions are few, I will have the needed time. (Lets hope!)

Gotta make "hay" when you can they say...

Okay, once the coop is done (ha ha ha) I will be looking for BQ Silkie chicks (0-10 weeks old) in White, Blue, Black, Splash!!! Will probably want girls AND boys. So many cute Silkies out there - I just LOVE them!!!!

I can raise them in my indoor brooder if my flock is in the coop. My current Silkies were hatched around August 1st.
