Atero walked up to Pearl, "Any news on the council?" Dysis perched on a spire of rock beside him, thinking about one of it's members that had gotten on his nerve.

Sombre flew back to his cave. "get me some water." he demanded. Crystal picked up the cup of water and handed it to him, then stared longingly out the entrance of the cave.

Dapple wondered where Crystal was. Was she looking for something? Was she with another friend?

Sylvia flew up into a tree near the cave system where Mel was staying. Her wing would never be the same again; Dapple had permanently scarred her when he crushed the bones in her wing. Sylvia's feathers briefly caught fire for a moment in anger, "I'll make every single one of them pay." She thought to herself, seething inside but keeping her cool.

Crystal looked out the cave entrance. She spread her wings, determined to fly away. "Don't do it!" One of th other pegasi whispered. "I am." Crystal said, jumping out of the entrance. The gem around her neck started to glow, and she realized that Sombre would be able to find her. Only Sombre could take the gem off.

Xzarnon's head jerked up in surprise. "There she is!" he shouted, watching Crystal fly out of the cave.

Crystal looked down, and went to land, when Sombre came up behind her. "How dare you run away... You will be punished..." Sombre said, not noticing the other people a few feet away from him. He grabbed her and flew up the mountain into his cave.

Dapple gazed at the sky, his eyes widened, "Is that...Crystal?!"

Crystal looked down. "DAPPLE!!!!!" She called, before being dragged into the cave by Sombre and chained to the wall. "I'll deal with YOU later."
