Xzarnon's head turned towards where Misty went. He started to follow her, stopping when he heard a faint "Help!". He ran on, meeting Misty at the lake.

Nickeyo flew at full speed knocking into the side of incendia.

the chicks let go of dysis to get out the way of his beak, dysis fell head over heal towards a lake of fresh water.

Incendia shrieked, tearing at him with his beak.
Dysis yelped, flapping his wings to steady himself, he plunged into the water once, twice, then flapped away a yard above the surface.

Aurum smiled from his perch on the rocks above Atero, stupid phoenixes couldn't even keep from fighting themselves.

suddenly aurum was knocked from his perch, it was Flamenco, nickeyos mate "i heard that" she yelled, aurum fell towards the floor, while the chicks darted in and pecked him on the way down.
