Consenia~A Magical Creature RP!

As Reynardia was following the rabbit, she ran into Sandie at the border. "Have you seen a rabbit?" she asked politely. (She's looking for the rabbit Adus ate.)

"Yeah, over there." She pointed at the direction of where she last saw it, which was towards Mel's mountain. "Why?"

Aithne stopped short, watching the hawk go back to Mel's Mountain. *oh no* she thought, tucking her wings to her sides and diving. She snapped her wings out and hovered, her eyes searching for Incendia. When she found her, she flew as hard as she could before she came up beside the older phoenix. "They're attacking." She said, pausing for breath "Because I noticed that a hawk was flying around, and I know it. Mel owns it. Whenever it goes out, they attack."

Incendia's eyes widened, "Mel? Now? I have to go tell everyone, thanks!" She took off quickly, very badly shaken. So soon! she thought, I just hope we can do something in time.

Pompona cantered down the mountain. She saw a streak or brown red and reared to intercept it. Venatoria yelped. "Vena!" she gasped, slowing down.

Sylvia noticed that the sun was going down, so she decided to head back to the mountain.

Dysis perched on his ledge again, looking down on Consenia, this time he thought of another time he had looked down on it. He use to admire its beauty, now he only thought of the beauty of a fire crowning in the forest.

The bushes rustled on the outskirts of Consenia and a middle aged, gruff looking man stepped out. He was tall but thin and had scraggly brown hair that fell just past his shoulders. Over his shoulders was a torn old coat that looked like it had been worn to the end of the world and back and he was carrying a thick piece of white paper and a small brown bag. Once a fair distance outside the main area of Consenia he stopped and looked around, selecting a scene in which to draw before seating himself on the ground with his paper. Out of the brown bag he drew a small piece of charcoal, gathered from a cold fire pit and began to sketch the outlines of the mountain. Unknown to him, of course, the mountain he had chosed for his drawing was there mountain where Mel had her base.

As the twilight began to grip the region, the sun hid just below the mountains and it cast a brilliant glow of orange throughout the forest. The clouds were a light color of pink, and the sky was beginning to get darker. But it was far from quiet high up in the mountain; Mel's warriors were finishing up their work, mere hours away from attacking. A falcon could be heard crying high in the air, circling.
