Consequences of temperature dip?

This afternoon I replaced my shredded paper under the eggs with paper towels for hatch day. Well, I struggled all day with getting the temp back up in my homemade bater. I discovered the paper towels were rather wet from misting to keep up the humidity. Also it seems the shredded paper was insulating the eggs like a nest and keeping the temp around the eggs.

At any rate, I am on day 21. How much damage might a couple hours ag 95degrees do at this stage?
