Just looking form this angle I think I see at least two cockerels. Take pictures of the side and back views of them and if you could get at least two standing together that would help. Looks like a lot of combs for pullets.

@SidChick I raise show quality brahmas but not accepted APA colors. They can be shown but would only be eligible to win Best of Breed. I just sold out all the braham chicks I had but could always hatch some. If you want them for this year you need to find one at least 4 months old.
The spot on the foot doesn't look like bumblefoot yet but could easily become that. I would put oregano oil on it for a couple weeks and see if it cleared. It looks to me like your hen has chicken mites. I think I can see some lice knits on the feathers. The only way to rid her of them is to spray her under each wing and on the vent area with Permectrin II and water or to mix it as a dip and just dip her. No rinsing. If she has them so does the rest of the flock. I just normally fix a bucket of lukewarm water and glug some permectrin in it and dip the chickens up to the neck. It's fastest and easiest for me and gets the whole chicken except the head. No egg withdrawal and no rinsing. Since it is a first treatment I would repeat in 10 days and also mix up a spray and spray the hen house concentrating on seams where boards come together.I just saw the bottom photo did not load into message but is in the thumbnail box. Doesn't show much, though.

Btw oregano oil diluted in another oil is ideal for treating staph infections. Works to give internally as well and it's one of the most powerful antibiotics out there without the risk of resistance. I use it all the time for myself and my animals but you want to get the Organic Wild Mediteranean Oregano Oil. It has the highest level of active ingredient. I've gotten rid of a lot of nasty stuff with it. Manuka honey is really good antibacterial ointment and it speeds healing too. Just some ideas that I've used that have worked well for me and my critters in case you're interested.Thank you very much Danz. Intelligent words.
This morning I looked at Pinky the Leghorn's foot and there was even more of a scab on one foot and the other foot looked the way that one did yesterday. So I decided to make a premptive strike! Soaked feet in epsom salts water. Cleaned bottom pads with betadine. put a big glob of multi-antibiotic ointment on under a cotton pad and then wrapped with vet wrap as per videos watched. Amazed at how bird went to sleep wrapped in a towel under my arm! trimmed toenails while I was at it. Gave a half dropper of nutridrench.
I am going ahead with the Strike 3 wormer. Even though they say there is no egg withdrawl I probably won't eat them. Have a backlog anyway. But 16 days of treatment!
I will also treat for mites, but honestly I do check often and have never seen anything on any of them, but I trust Danz' trained eye.
Will post pic of Pinky in blue "socks"!
