Consolidated Kansas

Glad to hear Daren's alright... Thanks Don! He hadn't answered my text! Neighbor that's tending my chickens said even though the tornado was forming over our homes all the chickens are good and the house is fine! But not far away at the Expo Center soft ball sized hail rocked the parking lot leaving many windshields and windows shattered! Sucks we finally get good weather around us and we weren't even there to see it! We're in Seneca with the in-laws, and not one drop of rain!

Yes I am Fine we made it through everything just fine Thank you all for your thoughts and concern. It was a rain wrap tornado I think because al I seen was the debris flying in a spiral motion scary

funny thing is I had a red golden Pheasant hatch in the middle of it all, so you can only guess what he named it

They had to extract some one from a trailer we went up there and could hear them scream for help was pretty emotional hearing someone screaming for the life literally

OH MY! I hope no one was hurt!

I'll bet the chain saws are buzzing this morning around there!

I always try to look at the bright side and then I realize it could have been much worse. I guess Topeka did get a lot of hail damage. We got very little hail here at the house, not enough to damage my flowers.... my peonies are just popping into bloom right now.

Last year in June we got one of the worst storms I've witnessed. 90+ mph winds. We lost two barns, all the siding on the back of the house, everything off the deck, a trampoline and anything outside that wasn't anchored down. I'm glad we didn't get something like that again.

Biggest hail stone I saw out of this storm.... soft ball size. With all the apocalypse talk, make the hair on your neck stand up hua... Glad everyones alright. Bill
