Constant drinking, no eating, and no energy? Should I worry?

Yesterday one of our chickens started drinking constantly (won't leave the waterer) , stopped eating, and became very low energy.

Her poo has been very runny and white and she has stopped laying eggs.

All very different from her usual self.
There are no obvious lumps anywhere either.

We have looked everywhere but can't find any info and aren't sure what to do.

Any advice?

have you checked her crop?\\
changed feed?

I would put her in a chicken ICU (dog crate or cat carrier) and offer lots of fluids and feed...offer bread soaked in olive oil if it is an mpacted crop this may help things move better also massage her crop if it feels firm
