My hen has been sneezing and has lost her voice a little. Her appetite seems ok and her crop is full at night, she has lost some feathers as well. She has no discharge from her nose and seems to be fine otherwise, but I'm worried it will progress into something more serious. What should I do?

Where are you located in the world?

How often is she sneezing? If you can get a video of her that may be helpful. Upload video to youtube and provide a link.

Take note of when she is sneezing - could it be when she's been eating/drinking, getting some water or food in her nostrils? Check inside her beak for make sure there's no obstruction, yellow or white pasty material that may be causing some issues.

I suggest giving her some soggy bread ( with watered down milk ) to make it soggy. It helps my hens. A sneezing chicken may indicate a serious health problem with your bird. ... In actual fact, unlike humans - chickens do not suffer from colds or flus. In poultry, symptoms of sneezing or wheezing are the result of a bacterial infection, known as chicken Respiratory Disease (CRD).

She looks very healthy to me but if it is this ‘sneezing/cold’ its contagious and I would be concerned she can infect the other chickens. Best put her in isolation inside the house or a barn with sunshine and a nice chicken temperature.

The sneezing can also come from dust or something similar (like hay fever).

With this ‘sneezing/cold’ infection you have two choices in my country.
1 hoping she is strong enough to overcome this infection. After that you have a healthy chicken again. But some chickens die from this disease.
2 go to a vet for a treatment. She gets better within a week if the antibiotics work good. But her immune system sucks after the treatment and she will be vulnerable for other problems. And giving antibiotics to poultry can cause resistent bacteria and this is quit dangerous for our human health care system. Personally I wouldn't start with a antibiotic treatment.

p.s. the english name for this disease 🦠 is CRD as mentioned before.
