Constantly getting errors.

I don't have issues uploading, I have issues seeing them. I do not know if this is related. I just hit refresh and they open.

I have a robust video card (NVidea GeForce RTX 4060 ti) in this PC, and it was just gone through last month when Best Buy's Geek Squad installed a new hard drive. I had other issues, like Explorer, MS Word, programs I use for work, unrelated to BYC, that have improved immensely, but it didn't fix the BYC issues.

I shop at like JCP, Amazon, etc., read the news that has pictures, Facebook, Craigslist, etc., and everything is just there. I can't copy the issues anywhere else.
Today on my PC I wasn't able to see a few pictures on whole pages, but I was blaming that directly on the slow internet. On the issue of uploading (on my tablet), I'll click on the image to upload and it'll do nothing. I'll click on it again, nothing. Then on the third time, it'll upload but be darkened like it's still uploading but isn't and will have this message:

After I hit OK and reupload, it'll usually comes out of it. It's just been happening a lot lately on my tablet. It did start after I updated my tablet, so I don't know if that's the issue, or if it's something else. (I haven't fully determined whether it's an internet issue or not yet, but I think I might have had this happen once when I was on a faster speed.)

Properties, but I don't know what I'm trying to capture.

Rob, I have no clue if this is what you wanted or if there's other stuff there that would help.

Is this the kind of information you were wanting @Nifty-Chicken ?
It starts to get a bit over my paygrade, but yes?

I think narrowing it down to specific browsers, pages, etc. is really what I'm hoping to isolate.

Hold on. If I'm not mistaken, everyone having this issue here has a PFM. If so, is this linked to the PFM somehow?
That's REALLY interesting. Maybe just coincidence, but if it really is only PFMs, then that would give us some direction.

(that said, I'd be SHOCKED) if it's only happening to PFMs.
