One of my hens vent seems to be protruding from her body quite a bit and seems to be missing feathers just below her vent, she is always "making a mess of her pants". She is 1 year old, and she can still poop so I don't think it's pasty butt, but she always has dirty bum feathers. Non of my other hens or rooster is having problems, and they all get fed the same thing. They mainly get 16% layer pellets, when they go outside we give them a bit of hen scratch and sometimes we will give them a broken up slice of bread or a little bit of yogurt. Does she maybe need something more, or maybe she can't eat something we are giving her?
It's very unpleasant looking and it can't feel to good either, any help would be appreciated.
