Constipated chick after pasty butt. doesnt open eyes

My chick had a really pasty butt up until an hour ago. I cleaned it up but it seems to be constipated. I tried dipping it's beak in water a few times and it drank the water 2 times but then stopped. It barely opens its eyes sometimes when I grab it. After that it's eyes are always closed. It's also on the ground(although I'm not too sure if that's because of the constipation or because of its injured leg). Any advice would be appreciated.

Update: now it doesn't open its eyes at all. Though it does chirp when I pat it sometimes

It doesn’t sound promising. How old is the chick, and was it shipped or from a feed store? I would dip the beak in sugar or electrolyte water as often as it can swallow. Unfortunately pasty butt is a sign that the chick has suffered from shipping stress, and has become dehydrated. It also could be a weak chick.

Update 2: it finally pooped! Although the poop looks black with a little bit of white mixed in. It started moving and twitching now a little!
