Constipated???

My 22 week old RIR had the biggest poop I ever seen. It was the size of a small egg.

I thought maybe she laid a dirty egg and I smashed it with the kitty litter scooper. It was a poop for sure. It looked normal in color, soft and had 1/2 cover of the white stuff.

Is this normal or could she be constipated??? Can free ranging cause constipation?

I give oats, sunflower seeds, and fruit as treats. She is not laying eggs yet.

Mine lay HUGE clumps as well....amazing how big...

Loks like the size of eggs....so new but have come to realize it is the norm, as all mine do it.

has she gone broody, if so they poop only once or twice a day and it's huge LOL

Whew, I'm glad it's normal. I was wondering if I needed to go out and buy some molasses for her.
