Construction of my coop!!!!

Ok this is my plan... First build coop an make is nice for my chicks... Second put chicks in coop( chicks r only 16 days old) but in day time only cause its to cold at night.. Third wait until I can determin the sex of my chicks.
Fourth if I have a rooster( how ever many end up being a roo) sell it at local animal auction OR ( I don't know if they do this at the auction) but maybe trade my roo for a hen.
