Contacting someone who no longer posts

I was wondering if it's possible to contact someone who has stopped posting. She is still on the user list, so can I just send a message? She was always very helpful to me and I want to wish her well.

If she is not banned and she has an e-mail link under her name then you can use that. If she doesn't post and doesn't have an e-mail link, you can try a PM but chances are she wouldn't check it or it will be full.
