Since we are fairly international now Deadlines or guesses on times NEED TO BE STATED IN TERMS OF A STANDARD TIME ZONE. Many think there are only 4 time zones in the US there are actually 9! You might think that there can only be 24 time zones in the world but since time zones are a local matter there are more than you think.
