Open to ALL BYC members in the Continental U.S. ONLY (Not Alaska or Hawaii)
Other fowl should be wet by natural means only. No hoses, baths, etc...
No pools, ponds, sinks, tubs, etc. allowed except for water fowl.
Picture must be taken in the past year.
No photo-shopped images.
No more than 2 entries per member.
