Hi: I'm new and I'm guessing 6,320 chick will hatch in contest #15.. I've got 2 groups of chicks that I'm brooding until it's warm enough at night to put them in the coop with a light. I have 6 Easter Eggers and 4 Guineas that are about 2 1/2 wks old, and 6 (now 5) Barred rocks that are a a couple days old. I had bought the Barred Rocks yesterday at Rural King and found one dead this morning. Very sad. I thought I picked well, but who knows. One on my Easter Eggers has scissor beak, and I'm not sure what to do yet. She's still eating and is as big as the others. Right now, it's wait and see.
