I take tons of em at once if you have where ya can take a bunch at a time bursts I think they call it...and I always go on their level or up above directly on top...I get lots of not so good ones too...they also hid in the flowers trying get all the goodies they could lol...time of day as well this was right before sunset which really puts great lighting on that area...mainly it just takes time and patience lol specially with wriggly models...thank you so much for the compliments!!

Just practice and taking a lot ya take 50/100 pics ur bound to get a few good ones!! But thank you I sure do love em!! Once the rain stops again NW Ohio weather I wanna get some new ones of the chickens!!

My 8 day old Speckled Sussex meeting one of my Buff Orpingtons for the first time the day I moved the chicks outside.

All the chicks (5, various breeds) are now 2 1/2 weeks old and a lot bigger and more feathered lol
