Ok, here's my first entry:
My Easter Chicks, pipped and hatched today.
I made the eggs from candy melts and balloons. Peeps and Jelly Beans were bought.
I already had the “incubator” AKA - rice/vegetable EGG steamer.
:
Had hoped my eggs would be on time for the Easer Hatch, don’t know why but they all hatched today, way too early. Maybe I had the STEAMER set too high? Guess I need to go back to the Learning Center.
Was so excited to have a set of twins.
But there was an unusual looking Pink Chick in the hatch. May have to post a pic of that one under “What Breed, What Gender” forum?
Keep your fingers crossed for me that there are no roos.

Ha! That's really cute Blooie, reminds me of an Easter cake my mom used to make that was shaped like a lamb. The littler kids used to cry when it was time to cut into it.Okay, this is not an entry, but I had to give a little "inspiration" here. A couple of years ago Jenny made a bunny cake for Easter. Oh, he was a cute little booger, too - all pink and with a fluffy marshmallow tail, a paper face and long paper ears. But then we cut into him - and he suddenly looked like a rabbit autopsy. See for yourselves;;;;;![]()
