Your picture is fine.

The rule is in place so people won't injure their birds trying to get them wet, when roosters are fighting they are at risk of injury or death so using a hose to break them apart is acceptable for your safety as well as the birds. WIth that being said we'd prefer not to see a sudden increase in photos of sprayed roosters because they were fighting.

"The intent of the rule was to keep them from putting chickens in a pool to get a picture. Most members are not aware that chickens cannot swim. They will float for a bit, then sink like a rock."
