Correct! If it wasn't "MM/DD/YYYY HH:00" and EST, I've rounded or added hours to make it that so everyone is the same (no minutes, EST). That way, if someone guesses 4pm PST, that time is taken, so someone can't guess 7pm EST. That wouldn't be fun to find out your time was taken even if it wasn't posted the same. If folks didn't put a time, I've put 00:00 (midnight) and a *. The ones with a * are valid, just conformed to the minutes and EST to all match, but I wanted to keep track of those somehow, and mark them just in case they are questioned
