DView attachment 1488217 This is Lucky, she is a Specked Sussex hen and she just turned one. Her name was given to her after she was attacked by the cat twice as a chick, but survived.

I vote for this one- even though I entered. You two are stinking adorable. Just darling. And I love her name and why she got it! I think this should be the winner. Everything from the story, to the darling young lady to the “expression” on the hens face with the beak open is darn adorable in my book!
